  15.   - Added duplicate packet checking! If user uploads the same exact .REP
  16.     packet twice, JetMail will (by default) reject the second .REP
  17.     packet. To turn off dupe checking, add the parameter DUPCHECK=NO in
  18.     your JetMail .CNF file.
  19.   - JetMail now supports Sparky/QMail's new QWK format with message
  20.     indexing.
  21.   - Fix: during message scan for a NetSysop (node sysop calling JetMail
  22.     as a hub), JetMail will now properly not pick up messages posted by
  23.     that node. [NetSysop should not get messages back that they've
  24.     posted to the hub.]
  25.   - Fix: Time should now be properly accounted during file transfers and
  26.     packet compression.
  27.   - Fix: for local use, now properly finds .REP packet in default
  28.     directory.
  29.   - Added HANGUP= parameter string, for non-standard modems that do not
  30.     drop carrier on DTR toggle. Enter your modem's hangup string in your
  31.     JetMail .CNF configuration.
  32.   - Fix: Pointer upload command now makes sure a transfer protocol is
  33.     selected.
  34.   - Fix: properly writes to separate usage log when closing door.
  35.   - Prints user name on screen during file transfer.

  38.   - Automatically delete trailing spaces from BBSID parameter within
  39.     JetMail's own code, which would cause .QWK packets to not be built
  40.     correctly.
  41.   - Fixed error in JetMail where it would 'lock up' when trying to scan
